Lift, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the position of full-time Electro-Mechanical Specialist in Pottsville, PA.

Reasonable hours: Multiple shift options are available to accommodate a variety of schedules. Positions are open for the following shifts:

  • 1st shift weekend (Friday–Sunday or Saturday – Monday, 5:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.)
  • Overnight weekend (Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday, 5:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m.)
  • Overnight Monday – Friday (7:00 p.m.–3:30 a.m.)
  • 1st shift Tuesday – Thursday (5:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.)

Each workday begins with dispatch from your home to your assigned service area.

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL SPECIALIST ROLE:

As an Electro-Mechanical Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a wide variety of conveyor and automation systems, including belted and roller conveyors, MDR conveyors, ASRS, sorters, palletizing systems, and GTP systems. You will address issues with motors, photo eyes, relays, proximity sensors, solenoids, motor starters, encoders, and other key components. Your duties will include diagnosing both basic and advanced electrical and mechanical issues, as well as performing preventive and predictive maintenance using established job plans, procedures, and manuals. Each day, you will travel directly from your home to customer sites, playing a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of essential equipment.


What We Need From You:

  • Work experience in preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair methods
  • Experience or coursework in mechanical and/or electrical components, compressors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • 2+ years of experience in a distribution center, manufacturing, or production environment
  • Certification in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical skills (preferred)
