Electro-Mechanical Systems Assembler

About the role

Based in Tulsa, OK, you’ll transform components and drawings into reliable, production‑ready mechanical systems. This role blends precision assembly, quality verification, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll build

  • Mechanical subassemblies and complete systems assembled directly from specifications and blueprints.
  • Robust, repeatable builds verified against industry standards and internal quality criteria.

How you’ll do it

  • Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to plan and execute each build.
  • Assemble with hand and power tools while adhering to safety best practices.
  • Install, align, and troubleshoot motors; work confidently with 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
  • Measure, validate, and document critical dimensions (yes, that tape measure will see action).
  • Conduct in‑process and final quality checks to ensure performance and compliance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
  • Capture build steps and report nonconformances or issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Collaborate across the team to refine fixtures, methods, and throughput.
  • Participate in training and development to expand your capabilities.

Must‑have background

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
  • Experience in mechanical assembly or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and assembly techniques.
  • Proven ability to read and apply technical documents and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and systematic problem‑solving skills.
  • Self‑directed, yet effective in team environments.
