Electro-Mechanical Technician
The Electro-Mechanical Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of electro-mechanical equipment and systems. This includes mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems as well as control circuits and PLCs. The technician will support production and facility operations by ensuring equipment runs efficiently and downtime is minimized.
Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency
* Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment installations while reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC logic to ensure reliable system performance
* Document repairs, parts usage, and completed maintenance activities in CMMS, maintaining accurate service records and supporting maintenance planning
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols, electrical codes, and company standards while collaborating with engineering and operations teams to improve equipment reliability and overall performance
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2+ years in an industrial maintenance role
* Electrical and mechanical systems experience and knowledge
* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 4pm or 12:30pm or 8pm to 4am
* Ability to read schematics and blueprints
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Knowledge of Allen-Bradley is preferred
* PLC programming experience is preferred
