Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electromechanical components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure all products meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or improvements to management.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in electromechanical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electronics or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in electromechanical assembly or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficient with hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
