Description
Schedule: Shift-Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2am
Job Responsibilities
Build assemblies according to engineering prints, including:
Laying out and physically mounting devices
Wiring per schematic requirements
Performing OHM testing on panels to verify compliance with specifications
Interpret electrical schematics with support from electricians as needed
Read, understand, and execute engineering and manufacturing documentation, including:
Bills of material (BOM)
Assembly drawings
Work instructions
Wiring schematics and diagrams
Perform in-process quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications
Identify and escalate non-conformances to appropriate personnel
Follow work order instructions to safely produce required quantities within specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Complete all required production and quality documentation accurately and on time
Perform additional duties and project work as assigned
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read instructions, safely operate equipment, and visually inspect completed parts
Ability to perform frequent lifting, standing, and bending
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs unassisted
Preferred Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High accuracy and timeliness in completing assigned work
Good manual dexterity and grip strength
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
Minimum 1 year of wiring experience preferred
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
Self-motivated with initiative and ability to drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision
High level of personal integrity and commitment to quality standards
