$22.63/hrPosition Summary: Electromechanical Assembler
- Assemble electrical harnesses and subassemblies using written instructions, drawings, blueprints, schematics, illustrations, and process documentation.
- Build wire harnesses by connecting and twisting wires according to blueprint requirements.
- Inspect and test assemblies for continuity while adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Build wire harnesses to blueprint specifications, test for continuity.
- Perform continuity checks on electrical harnesses.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
- Follow established quality standards and safety procedures.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) and compliance inspection activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Perform additional assigned duties safely.
- U.S. Citizen.
- Experience working from written instructions, drawings, blueprints, schematics, illustrations, and/or process documentation.
- Ability to understand and follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Hand tools
- Electrical tools
- Pneumatic tools
- Wire cutters
- Pliers
- Heat guns
- Precision measuring equipment
