The ideal Electromechanical Assembler has prior experience in the electronic manufacturing industry and is able to perform mechanical processes on multiple types of assemblies.
Requirements
• Assemble electronic components using hand tools and production equipment.
• Perform tasks such as soldering and mechanical assembly.
• Follow written instructions and drawings to complete assembly steps.
• Work on both repetitive and varied assembly tasks.
• Set up workstations and move materials as needed.
• Meet required cycle times for each operation.
• Inspect work for quality according to specifications.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Minimum of 1 year of electronic assembly experience or technical training
• Able to use the microscope as needed
• Ability to focus, follow assembly drawings, schematics and/or written instructions
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good hand–eye coordination and steady hands.
• Willingness to work overtime.
