Electromechanical Assembler

Manufacturer of electrical power distribution equipment, industrial cables and temporary backup power solutions has immediate needs for Electromechanical Assembler. The Electromechanical Assembler will assemble portable power distribution boxes within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour

Key responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to drawings, work instructions, and specifications.

• Read and interpret basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and bills of material.

• Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and measuring equipment safely.

• Install wiring, hardware, panels, and other components.

• Perform basic quality inspections and identify assembly defects.

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Previous electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial assembly experience preferred.

• Ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions.

• Experience with electrical wiring, panel building, transformers, or power-distribution equipment is a plus.

• Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions in English.

• Willingness and availability to work overtime when required.
