We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling, wiring, soldering, and testing electromechanical components and products in a production environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to use a variety of hand tools and assembly equipment.
Responsibilities
Assemble electromechanical components and products according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
Perform electrical wiring, cable routing, crimping, and termination.
Perform soldering of wires, connectors, and electronic components.
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision assembly tools safely and effectively.
Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, schematics, and work orders.
Inspect completed assemblies for quality, workmanship, and proper connections.
Perform basic troubleshooting of wiring and assembly issues.
Measure and verify components using basic measuring tools.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
Complete required production and quality documentation.
Meet established production schedules and quality standards.
Perform other manufacturing and assembly duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of electromechanical assembly or manufacturing experience required.
Hands-on experience with wiring and soldering.
Experience using a variety of hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read and follow technical instructions, assembly drawings, and schematics.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods during production.
Ability to frequently bend, reach, and use hands and fingers for detailed assembly work.
Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
Ability to wear required PPE and follow all workplace safety requirements.
Schedule
Full-time, production environment. Schedule and shift may vary based on business needs.
Experience
2+ years of electromechanical assembly, wiring, soldering, or related manufacturing experience.
