Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team in Newtown, CT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and testing of our innovative electromechanical products. Responsibilities

  • Assemble electromechanical components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, collaborating with engineering and quality assurance teams as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in electromechanical assembly or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Proficient with hand tools and assembly equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Have strong finger dexterity, as they’ll be working with small components that require precision.
  • Be process-oriented, patient, and able to stay calm and focused while working independently.

Looking for someone with general assembly experience, the ability to follow work instructions and basic schematics, strong attention to detail, willing to ask questions, and comfort using standard hand tools.
