Electromechanical Assembler

Looking for a mechanical assembler for a nationwide mechatronic company that is GROWING!!

Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

$18/hr.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to perform mechanical and electromechanical assembly of components and subassemblies. This role requires soldering skills, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, subassemblies, and final units following work instructions and schematics.
• Solder electrical components, wires, and connectors to company standards.
• Assemble precision rare earth magnetic components as required.
• Inspect assemblies for accuracy, alignment, and quality.
• Test assemblies for proper mechanical and electrical functionality.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Complete documentation, production logs, and quality checklists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of assembly, manufacturing, or soldering experience.
• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and instructions.

Preferred:

• Experience in electronics, medical devices, aerospace, or precision assembly.
• Familiarity with ESD handling and lean manufacturing practices.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs.
• Good hand-eye coordination for soldering and assembly tasks.
