Now hiring Electromechanical Assemblers in Worcester, MA, on 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM), with pay rates of $18-$20/hr.
The role involves hand soldering, assembling small components, checking quality, and following technical diagrams. Must have hand soldering experience, manual dexterity, and ability to read instructions. Preferred candidates have 0-1 year of manufacturing experience. Physical requirements include lifting up to 25 pounds, prolonged sitting, and visual focus.
Daily tasks include soldering, assembling, testing parts, troubleshooting, and quality inspections. The work environment may involve repetitive tasks, some exposure to heat/dust, and workplace hazards.
