ProLogistix is seeking an Electromechanical Assembler for a growing manufacturing facility in Monroe, WA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on assembly work, interpreting technical drawings, and building high-quality electromechanical products. You’ll assemble components, wiring harnesses, PCAs, and sub-assemblies into finished products while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

- Pay: $20–$23/hr DOE
- Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm (Monday–Friday)

What You’ll Do
- Assemble components, PCAs, wiring harnesses, and sub-assemblies into finished products using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools.
- Load and unload raw materials and WIP parts into fixtures, tooling, and equipment.
- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
- Perform testing on sub-assemblies and completed products.
- Maintain high safety standards and complete assigned safety projects.
- Meet daily and hourly productivity and quality targets.
- Collaborate with facilities and maintenance teams to ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained.
- Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements.
- Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
