Impact You'll Make

• Assemble Switchgear units precisely to blueprints, diagrams, and standardized work instructions.
• Troubleshoot and correct assembly discrepancies to restore conformance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required).
• 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on Switchgear experience is an advantage.
• Proficient with tape measures; able to convert fractions/decimals and metric/imperial units.
• Working knowledge of machine and tool use, design, upkeep, and basic repair.
• Basic familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
• Relevant safety certifications are a plus.

Work Setting

• Safety-sensitive role in a temperature-controlled industrial/manufacturing environment with some outdoor tasks.
• PPE required: safety shoes, hard hats/bump caps, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety harnesses as needed; respirators when required.
• Work from step ladders and "A" frame ladders as needed.
• Perform tasks at heights up to 20 ft using approved lifts and fall protection.

Physical Requirements

• Balance and agility while walking, standing, crouching, and climbing stairs/ladders.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and full extension of arms—including overhead.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent operation of hand and power tools.
