Your Core Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose faults in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; troubleshoot efficiently to resolution.
• Record maintenance actions, parts used, and findings with precision.
• Partner with operations and fellow techs to elevate equipment reliability and output.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and internal policies.
• Support the installation and startup of new machines, ensuring proper alignment and function.
• Engage in ongoing training to expand technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in a maintenance technician role or similar.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Comfortable reading manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and flexibility to work variable hours, including some weekends and holidays as needed.
