  • Layout, assemble, install, and maintain process piping, hydraulics, and pneumatics; service gauges, valves, and regulators.
  • Repair and maintain building/physical structures.
  • Install and service automated machinery, including robots and programmable controllers.
  • Operate machine tools—lathe, grinder, drill, milling machine—to fabricate and repair parts, jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems using precision measurement tools (tape measures, calipers, micrometers).
  • Utilize multimeters, Meggers, and related electrical test equipment for diagnostics.
  • Read and interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams/prints.
  • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on time and per specification.
  • Complete maintenance work orders promptly with thorough documentation.
  • Apply LEAP/5S and HSE principles to sustain safety, quality, and efficiency.

Technical environment

  • Voltage systems: 120/208/240/480 VAC
  • Allen Bradley PLC platforms
  • Industrial electrical troubleshooting and heavy-equipment diagnostics
  • Plant ERP system: Plex
  • Attribute and variable gaging
  • Electrical schematic/print literacy

Preferred exposure (plus)

  • Hydromat and cold header machinery
  • Fanuc robot operation/programming
  • Allen Bradley relay and ladder logic
