You’ll track down elusive electrical faults, fine‑tune ladder logic, adjust HMIs, and restore mechanical systems so lines keep moving and quality stays high.

What Youll Do

  • Diagnose and resolve advanced mechanical and electrical issues across diverse production equipment.
  • Execute proactive maintenance, machine adjustments, and reliability improvements.
  • Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLCs (including ladder logic) and HMIs.
  • Perform welding and fabrication to support repairs and equipment changes.
  • Document work clearly and promptly in maintenance systems.
  • Apply advanced electrical expertise safely in an industrial environment.

Schedule & Availability

This role requires open availability to work either 2nd or 3rd shift.

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience with strong electrical and PLC proficiency.
  • Deep knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude including welding and cutting.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
  • Comfort using meters and precision measurement tools.
  • Must pass an electrical board and PLC programming assessment.

Safety & Readiness

  • Training in CPR, first aid, lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, and confined spaces may be required.
  • Basic English proficiency to read safety instructions, understand work orders, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Sign-on bonus: $1,500
  • Pay: Up to $45/hour, plus $1.50/hour shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift
