The Role

As an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be the technical expert responsible for the peak performance of industrial production machinery. You will utilize data and expert-level troubleshooting to drive machine reliability and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and service motors, advanced hydraulic/pneumatic systems, pumps, and conveyor systems using precision measuring tools.
  • Reliability & Safety: Conduct regular technical testing and perform mechanical repairs according to manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
  • Data Management: Utilize a CMMS to manage work orders, track parts, and analyze machine data to identify downtime trends.
  • Fabrication: Execute welding tasks to support maintenance activities and equipment upgrades.
  • System Setup: Lead the preparation and technical testing of new machinery for operation.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on electromechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Education: 2-year Associate Degree in a related technical field (Preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level ability to troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics, and motors; proficiency in reading blueprints and technical manuals.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficient in using computers to search for parts and manage work orders within a CMMS.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, stoop, bend, and pass a pre-employment physical (including a 50lb lift test).
  • Compliance: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
