DescriptionPosition Title Electromechanical Manufacturing EngineerPosition Location Uxbridge Massachusetts HeadquartersPosition Type On-siteCompensation 100000 - 120000 Compensation depends on skills knowledge education and experiencePosition Snapshot The Electromechanical Manufacturing Engineer will plan implement and oversee strategic projects aimed at optimizing PCB and final assembly production processes while also supporting the service department through electromechanical troubleshooting and analysis. This role involves designing and developing methods and tools to evaluate current workflows and identify inefficiencies across both production and service functions. Lean principles will be applied to enhance operational efficiency and improve overall product performance.About you Youre a hands-on manufacturing engineer who enjoys improving how things are built and making processes more efficient. You have experience supporting both electronic and electromechanical production and can identify inefficiencies to improve cost quality and cycle time. Youre comfortable owning process performance driving corrective actions and supporting equipment used in both production and service environments. You have a strong grasp of Lean principles and problem-solving methods and can lead improvement initiatives using data to drive decisions.
