About This Role

What You’ll Take On
- Troubleshoot and repair packaging/production equipment to minimize downtime
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing assets
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Respond rapidly to failures and implement corrective actions that stick
- Support reliability and efficiency improvements through CI initiatives
- Collaborate with production to maintain safe, efficient operations
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with conveyors, motors, drives, pumps, and automated equipment
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
Preferred Exposure
- Packaging, consumer products, food, plastics, or other high-speed manufacturing
