Electromechanical Repair Technician Supervisor

Our client is looking for a 2nd Shift Electrical Motor Repair Technician Supervisor to join their team.

-Diagnose complex motor issues
-Evaluate work orders, diagnose and repair AC and DC electromechanical equipment
-Disassemble and inspect equipment, replace worn parts, reassemble units and conduct final performance tests
-Repair and test industrial electromechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance
-Ensure electromechanical equipment repairs and services are completed according to company quality standards
-Supervise a team of motor technicians and provide feedback for reviews
-Provide on-the-job training as needed

Required Skills & Experience
-10+ years of electromechanical equipment repair
-Strong mechanical aptitude
-Ability to lift 50 lbs
-Must be able to provide own tools/toolbox
-Must be able to work an on-call weekend shift on a rotation
-Strong computer skills
