Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the food & beverage industry, is seeking an Electromechanical Systems Tech II to join their team. As an Electromechanical Systems Tech II, you will be part of the Maintenance & Engineering Department supporting production and support equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Electromechanical Systems Tech II
Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania
What's the Job?
- Analyze equipment condition, troubleshoot failures, and perform repairs following standard procedures
- Resolve machine issues and implement reliability improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain equipment standards in accordance with hardware and software installation manuals
- Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize machine utilization and minimize scrap
- Support new system installations, participate in R&D projects, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives
What's Needed?
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience in electromechanical maintenance
- 4+ years of equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including PLCs, VFDs, servos, and motor circuits
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Flexibility to work all shifts in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs
