What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment across a busy manufacturing facility
- Set up and operate shop machinery including welders, drill press, band saw, and cutting torch
- Diagnose and repair PLCs, DC drive units, 3-phase motors, and 480V and below systems
- Maintain accurate parts inventory and CMMS documentation, PM logs, and maintenance records
- Drive equipment uptime through proactive preventive maintenance and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, or related field)
- Strong industrial electrical skills: PLCs, DC drives, programmable logic, 480V and below
- Ability to read and navigate electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints
- High school diploma or equivalent; craft certification or technical education a plus
