Electromechanical Technician

FieldBridge is looking for an Electromechanical Technician in Irving, TX. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $33-38/hour | Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM  | Weekly pay every Friday | OT opportunity available | Earn ~$2,145/week (~$111.5K/year) at 50hrs with OT

Position Overview FieldBridge is staffing an Electromechanical Technician for one of the most established and recognized soft drink brands in the United States. This role supports plant maintenance operations with a focus on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement. The position requires hands-on technical expertise and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues through adjustments, parts replacement, or fabrication
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and complete equipment size changeovers
• Troubleshoot liquid fillers and packaging equipment, identifying root causes of failures with effective problem-solving tools
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety standards throughout all work activities
• Utilize SAP CMMS to document and complete work orders; support line operators through basic mechanical skills training and TPM functions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in electromechanical maintenance in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or electrical systems
• Familiarity with SAP CMMS or equivalent maintenance management software
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety practices preferred
• Ability to work 2nd shift, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Valid applicable license or certification (class required — confirm details at time of application)
