Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Austin, TX
Job Description:- Support maintenance, setup, testing, and improvement of manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and help fix problems quickly.
- Build and modify tools, fixtures, gauges, and prototypes for production and R&D.
- Assemble equipment using mechanical and electrical drawings and instructions.
- Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Perform basic fabrication and prototype work in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow written/verbal instructions and maintain safety standards.
- Use basic computer applications like MS Office, email, and internet.
- Must be able to lift, carry, bend, stand, and communicate effectively.
Required Skills:- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and GD&T
- Experience with tool, fixture, or prototype fabrication
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
