Key Responsibilities:
- **Machine Configuration & Management**: Accurately set up and manage electron beam welding machines to join metal pieces.
- **Welding Innovation and Technique**: Participate in production welding and contribute to the creation of advanced welding methodologies and procedures.
- **Production Collaboration**: Collaborate with production management to fulfil customer orders and expectations.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct ongoing assessments to verify the precision and quality of welds.
- **Production Issue Communication**: Alert production management about potential obstacles in adhering to production schedules.
- **Equipment Surveillance**: Regularly check welding equipment for performance efficiency and report issues to production management.
- **Process and Quality Enhancement**: Work alongside quality assurance teams to foster process enhancements and refine work instructions.
- **Resolve Quality Concerns**: Help resolve any customer feedback regarding welding quality or efficiency.
- **Tool Proficiency**: Utilize measurement and inspection tools to confirm specifications compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:
- **Education**: Completion of secondary education or equivalent, with additional technical coursework seen as an asset.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 3 years in electron beam or laser welding.
- **Skills**:
