Join our team - We are looking for a Electronic Assembler1st Shift: 7:30AM-4PM & Weekly Pay $21-22.00/hrJob Description:This role focuses on the mechanical and electronic assembly of components and sensors, including placing parts onto printed circuit boards using work orders and blueprints. You will perform visual inspections to ensure correct orientation and quality, support hand and mechanical assembly when needed, and cross-train across multiple departments to build a broad skill set.
Responsibilities- Perform mechanical assembly of components and sensors according to work orders and blueprints.
- Place and secure various electronic components onto printed circuit boards following detailed instructions and diagrams.
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of all components to verify proper assembly, orientation, and polarity on the board.
- Complete hand assembly and mechanical assembly tasks during slower periods in the primary work area.
- Cross-train and work in multiple departments, including epoxy, silicone, shipping, and soldering areas, as business needs require.
- Interpret and use blueprints and schematics on a daily basis to guide assembly work.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment safely and effectively for component and wiring assembly.
Essential Skills- At least 1 year of Electronic or Mechanical Assembly experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately and consistently.
- Proficiency with mechanical and electronic assembly processes, including component placement and board stuffing.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools in an assembly environment.
- Basic soldering skills for electronic components and wiring.
- Strong attention to detail for visual inspection and quality control of assembled products.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with coworkers and supporting team-based work.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and collaborate in a production environment.
- Teachable and trainable mindset, with a willingness to learn new processes and cross-train in different departments.
- Positive, team-oriented personality and strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support various areas such as epoxy, silicone, shipping, and soldering.
