Electronic Assembler
Join a growing aerospace manufacturing team in Mansfield, producing small electrical relay components used in aerospace applications. Employees work at seated stations in a clean, organized facility performing detailed assembly and soldering work with small components.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with good attention to detail and hands-on experience from hobbies, electronics projects, crafting, wiring, gaming/computer builds, automotive work, or mechanical projects.

Electronic Assembler Job Duties
- Assemble and solder small electrical components
- Follow diagrams, work instructions, and blueprints
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Use hand tools and measuring instruments
- Complete finishing, labeling, and packaging tasks
- Support team production and quality goals
Electronic Assembler Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred
- Hobby or personal hands-on experience welcomed
- Comfortable working with small parts and tools
- Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity
- Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements
- Must be willing to train on the day shift for the first 90–120 days
Schedule
- Night Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM Monday–Friday
- Employees train on 1st shift for approximately 90–120 days
