Location: Fully onsite in Aliso Viejo, CA
Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire
Schedule: 8AM - 5PM, Mon-Fri

Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to written instructions, schematics, and drawings
- Perform precise hand assembly using small tools and equipment
- Follow established production procedures and quality standards
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure accuracy and workmanship
- Document completed work and maintain accurate production records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD‑safe work environment
- Identify and report assembly issues, defects, or process concerns
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in electronic or mechanical assembly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
