The Panther Group is seeking an Electronic Assembler for an exciting long-term opportunity with a leading aerospace and defense manufacturing company in Clearwater, FL. This is a hands-on production role supporting the assembly, soldering, testing, and inspection of electronic and mechanical assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform soldering of wires to terminals and printed circuit boards (PCBs)
  • Assemble electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies including:
    • modules
    • boards
    • panels
    • frames
    • drawers
    • cables
  • Read and follow diagrams, blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Use hand and power tools to complete assembly operations
  • Conduct continuity checks and basic testing on completed assemblies
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure assemblies meet specifications
  • Support rework, repair, modification, and testing of assemblies and prototypes as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of soldering experience
  • Experience soldering wires to terminals and PCBs REQUIRED
  • Previous electronic assembly or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and work instructions
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Pay $18-$24 per hour DOE
