Assembly & Soldering: Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to mount, connect, and secure electronic parts (resistors, microchips, etc.) onto circuit boards or larger casings. Use soldering equipment and micro-welding tools for surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components.
Wiring & Cabling: Crimp, wire, and route cables and wire harnesses within devices.
Quality Control & Testing: Conduct visual inspections and use testing equipment to verify performance, identify defects, and ensure assemblies function properly.
Rework & Repair: Adjust, repair, or replace parts to correct any defects found during assembly or testing.
Documentation & Compliance: Complete production logs, fill out device history records, and maintain a safe, clean, and ESD-safe workspace.
