Seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble electrical and mechanical kits, wire harnesses, and cable assemblies per IPC/WHMA standards. Must interpret drawings, specifications, and part descriptions, and assemble components accurately using hand tools and shop equipment. Responsibilities include reviewing BOMs, filling forms, recording data, and ensuring quality standards. Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or military assembly is a plus. No supervisory duties; opportunities for leadership exist with demonstrated skills. Requires basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work independently. Qualifications include a high school diploma or trade school with 2-5 years of technical experience, the ability to pass background and drug screenings, and ability to obtain a security clearance.
