Title: Electronic Assembler
Pay: $21.50-$22.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Overview
Join a high-tech manufacturing team assembling and reworking electronic products in a clean, climate-controlled production environment. This hands-on role requires experience with electronic and mechanical assemblies, reading assembly drawings, and following detailed manufacturing instructions. The ideal candidate has strong manual assembly skills, understands Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures, and is committed to quality and continuous improvement.
Job Description
Assemble and rework electronic and mechanical components according to manufacturing instructions and engineering drawings.
Perform manual assembly of products such as computer housings, displays, keyboards, hinges, and similar components.
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Read and interpret manufacturing documentation, assembly instructions, and two-dimensional drawings.
Perform component-level and unit-level rework as needed.
Conduct manufacturing quality inspections and process audits.
Identify non-conforming products and support corrective actions.
Complete quality documentation, reports, and production records accurately.
Assist production operators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain compliance with ESD, quality, and safety procedures.
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of electronic assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with manual electronic and mechanical assembly (not automated machine assembly).
Knowledge of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling procedures.
Ability to read and follow manufacturing assembly instructions and engineering drawings.
Experience assembling electronic products such as computer housings, displays, keyboards, hinges, or similar assemblies.
Experience using mechanical inspection tools including calipers, rulers, and scales.
Ability to perform quality inspections and process audits.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to communicate and follow written manufacturing instructions in English.
Ability to lift 15–30 pounds.
