Performs electrical and mechanical assembly of kits, including wiring, harnesses, and component integration according to IPC/WHMA standards.
Reads drawings, specifications, and part descriptions to accurately assemble and troubleshoot assemblies made of composites and metals.
Uses tools such as wrenches, torque drivers, and gages, with experience in soldering per IPC-610 & 620 Class 3.
Provides training and supervises tasks as needed, with potential for leadership roles.
Requires strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and effective communication skills.
Must have 10+ years of technical experience in aerospace, defense, or related fields, with a high school diploma or trade certification.
Ability to pass background and drug screening, obtain security clearance, and work overtime if necessary.
Prior assembly or apprenticeship experience is a plus.
