Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic components and devices according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct tests and inspections to ensure product functionality and safety.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies to management.
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations throughout the assembly process.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Strong math skills.
- Previous experience in electronic assembly or related field preferred.
- Use small hand tools & test equipment
- Experience w/ MS Office products
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Familiarity with hand tools and electronic testing equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
