Full Job Description

Job Overview: If you have experience in soldering or electronic assembly, we are interested in you! We’ll train you how to solder electronic components onto circuit boards. The position is light-duty with minimal physical limitations. This position starts at $17.00/hr with no experience.

Work Environment

• Very casual clothes permitted (shorts, t-shirt, and sneakers are no problem).
• You can listen to music on your headphones at work (as long as it can be done safely).
• We are one of the few manufacturing plants in Louisville with AC and heating.
• Can you believe that so many places won’t allow you to have your cell phone with you at work? Not us. While we don’t want you watching Netflix at work, we understand the importance of having your phone available.
