Location: San Diego, CA

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:20 PM-10:50 PM & Friday 1:20 PM-9:50 PM

Requirements:

• Previous assembly or warehouse experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6 months related experience or equivalent education/experience combination
• IPC-J-STD soldering certification (Class 3 level required)
• IPC-610 certification preferred
• Experience in multiple functional areas of PCA production strongly preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality
• Ability to work with moderate supervision and demonstrate initiative
• Skilled in using basic measurement tools, including digital multimeters
• Strong understanding of electronic assembly processes and quality standards

Job Duties:

• Perform all duties of an Electronic Assembler Level 1, with expanded technical responsibilities
• Execute through-hole soldering with accuracy and compliance to IPC standards
• Assemble printed circuit boards (PCAs) across multiple functional areas of the production floor
• Work independently under moderate supervision while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
• Identify and communicate inconsistencies in work instructions or product issues during assembly
• Demonstrate high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in all assembly tasks
• Take basic electrical measurements using a digital multimeter
• Follow IPC-J-STD Class 3 soldering requirements and quality guidelines
• Support continuous improvement by ensuring product quality and process adherence
