Seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join a manufacturing team responsible for assembling high-quality industrial equipment. This role will contribute to multiple stages of the assembly process, including preparing sub-assemblies, kitting jobs, completing final assembly, and testing finished products.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble components and sub-assemblies
Kit materials and components for production jobs
Complete final assembly of industrial equipment
Perform product testing to ensure quality and functionality
Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S practices
Follow standard work instructions and established safety procedures
Support continuous improvement efforts within the production environment
Requirements:
Basic understanding of hand tools
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to follow detailed work instructions
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and improve
Strong attention to detail and quality
Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift, 40 hours/week
