Job Responsibilities

• Operates machinery and production equipment on small electronic parts in preparation for further production activities
• Monitors and adjusts production process to ensure product specifications are met
• Maintains a safe working environment and adheres to health and safety regulations
• Performs proper documentation through assigned stages of production
• Performs quality checks and inspections
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Monitors inventory levels and inform management of low stock or supply needs
• Completes assigned training tasks
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned  

Job Requirements

• Experience working with small electrical components in a previous role
• High School graduate (or equivalent) preferred
• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing role helpful
• Ability to work with and process small components by hand

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to operate machinery and equipment
• Ability to learn how to process a variety of electronic parts, including, but not limited to inspection, manipulation, orientation, tinning, re-balling, lead forming, marking, taping, scanning, quality review, etc.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and maintain attention to detail to ensure all parts are processed according to designated specifications with minimal error or defects
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to manipulate very small materials by hand
• Ability to work steadily for long periods of time
