Description: Job Title: Electrical Assembler Location: Batavia, IL Department: Manufacturing / Production Shift: 6am - 2:30pm Pay: $19.50 Job Summary: The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and systems used in aluminum and metal products. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble electrical components, wiring, and harnesses for aluminum/metal products Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and work instructions Measure, cut, strip, and connect wires to specified lengths and configurations Use hand and power tools such as drills, crimpers, and wire strippers Perform quality checks to ensure proper assembly and functionality Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical or assembly issues Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety standards Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Qualifications: Previous experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams Basic knowledge of electrical components and wiring systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy with measurements Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment Comfortable working with aluminum and metal materials Basic math and measurement skills Preferred Skills: Experience in metal or aluminum manufacturing environments Familiarity with quality control procedures Ability to use measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.) Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Work Environment: Manufacturing/warehouse setting Exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures Standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks required Associate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by call the Department s Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at 1-877-314-7052 or email at DOL.DayLabor@illinois.gov Total Talent Resources and QFS does not provide any transportation resources or meals for our associates during any assignments.
