ABOUT THE POSITION: We're looking for an Electronic Engineering Technician to join our Electronics Engineering team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with electronics and wants to grow alongside experienced technicians and engineers. In this hands-on role, you'll help build prototypes, test and evaluate products, troubleshoot electronic systems, and support new product development (NPD) from concept through production.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: You'll have a High School Diploma or GED, while an Associate's Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology (or related field) is preferred. You have a strong aptitude for electronics and enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and learning new skills. You're comfortable with basic electronic test equipment and tools, such as multimeters and oscilloscopes, can read basic electrical schematics, and communicate effectively while working as part of a collaborative engineering team.

Assisting with testing and evaluation of products and samples

Using standard methods for data collection and analysis as well as compiling technical reports

Assisting in prototyping and building engineering samples and equipment
Assisting with Value Engineering project tasks
Participating on product and process improvement teams

Assisting in obtaining parts, materials, and equipment
Assisting Engineers, Designers, and other staff with process and documentation maintenance
Assisting in the analysis of parts and assemblies
