We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay rate of $30.59/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Description:

Lab safety:

• Experience and knowledge of high voltage safety (e.g. safety procedures/practices, PPE, etc.)
• Fabricate cable harnesses and connectors based on voltage and current ratings

Lab Organization:

• Manage and maintain lab equipment, instrument, and tools (e.g. hand and power tools)
• In charge of lab equipment calibration

Lab cleaning:

• Building and testing prototype devices
• Construct, test, and repair prototype devices under test, including cables and connectors
• Troubleshoot prototype devices using documentation and inputs from design engineers
• PCBA rework and soldering
• Experience building and testing high-voltage and high-power electronics products a plus

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years" experience
• Read electronic schematics and mechanical drawings
• Familiar with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies and other standard lab equipment
• Able to work under dynamic, time-constraint, and multitasking conditions
• Self-starter and always willing to learn
• High sense of responsibility and urgency towards work assignments
