This Manufacturing Test Engineer role supports all aspects of electronic product testing in a modern, on-site manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include participating in product design reviews, developing and implementing test plans using tools like TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, C# Dotnet, and Linux, and designing test fixtures and circuits to meet quality and efficiency goals.
Additional duties involve process analysis, process improvements, fixture calibration, root cause analysis, and training production staff.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2+ years of electronics troubleshooting experience. Preferred skills encompass PCB testing, automation, software development, data analysis, and familiarity with quality methodologies such as Six Sigma/Lean.
