Responsibilities

What You''ll Do:

• Manage unauthorized ACH transactions, stop payments, death notifications, and reclamations while adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and internal guidelines.

• Utilize your keen analytical skills to make timely decisions while reviewing and processing electronic payment and deposit posting errors.

• Efficiently use multiple systems to support wire transfers, ACH files, and check items.

• Oversee and process wire transfer requests, ensuring secondary verification and end-of-day validation and balancing.

• Research and address check adjustments and errors promptly, following applicable laws and guidelines.

• Set up and maintain originating loan payments from external financial institutions, including handling returned payments.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• One to Three Years of Similar or Related Experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlok
• Education or Experience in ACH/EPS Preferred
