We are seeking an experienced Multi-Day Repair Technician to join our team. This role focuses on complex diagnostics and repairs that extend beyond same-day service, including computers, game consoles, board-level repairs, and microsoldering.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, production-focused, and capable of independently managing advanced repair queues while maintaining quality, documentation, and turnaround time expectations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, gaming consoles, tablets, and mobile devices
  • Perform board-level repairs and microsoldering
  • Manage multi-day repair workflow and parts tracking
  • Complete advanced troubleshooting for power, charging, data, and logic board issues
  • Document diagnostics, parts usage, and repair notes accurately in work orders
  • Maintain turnaround time (TAT) targets and communicate delays proactively
  • Support same-day technicians with escalated technical issues
  • Follow company SOPs for device handling, quality control, and partner compliance

Required Experience


  • Prior electronics repair experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong computer and console repair background
  • Microsoldering / board-level repair experience
  • Experience with diagnostic tools and schematics
  • Ability to manage multiple open repairs simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability

Preferred Skills


  • Data recovery experience
  • Advanced console repairs (HDMI, power IC, trace repair)
  • MacBook / Windows board repair
  • Experience in high-volume production environments
  • Knowledge of uBreakiFix / Asurion workflow (preferred)
