    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

    We are seeking an Electronic Soldering Assembler for a growing aerospace company which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in electronics assembly and soldering looking to further their career in aerospace manufacturing.

    • Assemble and reassemble electronics assemblies using work instructions, schematics, blueprints, and wiring documentation
    • Perform soldering operations including tinning, stripping, and fastening terminal connections
    • Operate hand tools and equipment while maintaining quality and process control standards
    • Prepare and cut wire components and ensure compliance with equipment calibration and ESD requirements

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma and minimum 2 years of production environment experience
    • Proficiency in SMT and thru-hole soldering with strong hand/eye coordination
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively in a team atmosphere

    BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

    • IPC certification (preferred but not required)
