Electronic Soldering Assembly Technician – Manufacturing
Location: Ewing, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

About the Role
We are seeking an Electronic Soldering Assembly Technician to support the production of ultrasonic transducers and electronic assemblies. This role is focused on precision soldering, wiring, board-level assembly, and electrical testing.

This is NOT a mechanical assembly or tank-building position.

Ideal candidates will have stable work history, strong soldering skills, and experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform SMT and through-hole soldering, wiring, and PCB-level assembly
  • Build and repair electronic subassemblies, wiring harnesses, and transducer components
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
  • Carry out hi-pot and impedance testing with multimeters and other test equipment
  • Inspect and troubleshoot electronic assemblies under a microscope
  • Assemble, calibrate, and rework transducer units and related electronic devices
  • Follow all quality standards, safety protocols, and documentation procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S standards)
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of electronics assembly or soldering experience required
  • Solid experience in SMT, through-hole, fine-pitch, or micro soldering
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Hands-on experience with DMM, hi-pot testers, or impedance meters preferred
  • Experience assembling or inspecting products under microscopes/magnifiers
  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship standards
  • Stable job history required (minimum 1–2 years in previous positions)
  • IPC certification a plus (not required)
  • Able to lift 30–50 lbs as needed

Compensation: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
