Electronic Supplier Enablement requires:

• Must have experience with electronic procurement systems
• Prior experience with SAP Ariba is strongly preferred
• Experience with SAP Ariba competitors, such as Coupa, will be considered.
• Proficiency in Excel is required, and expertise in pivot tables and formulas is a plus.

Electronic Supplier Enablement duties:

• Collect historical vendor and transactional data from both legacy companies and from all legacy ERP systems
• Work with Accenture and Ariba to compile, assess and prioritize target vendors in each country
• Coordinate with Accenture, Ariba, Procurement and vendors in every country and time zone to get them enabled on the Ariba Network
• Develop supplier enablement policy and/or guidelines
• Develop vendor communication strategies
• Identify vendors for potential catalogs and electronic invoice enablement
• Coordinate with Accenture, Ariba, Procurement, Accounts Payable and vendors to configure and test catalogs and electronic invoice enablement
