Electronic Technician I (Tempe, AZ | 2-Month Contract - Potential to Extend)

We're partnering with a leading engineering-driven organization in Tempe, AZ to identify Electronic Technicians who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting, and working with precision-built electronic systems in a manufacturing environment.

This is a 2-month contract with strong potential for extension, ideal for someone who wants to get into a technical environment quickly and demonstrate their skills.

This role is a strong fit for someone who likes working at the intersection of hardware, diagnostics, and production-where you can see the direct impact of your work on finished products.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Calibrating and programming microprocessor-based electronic equipment using PC-based tools
  • Configuring and programming flow computers and embedded systems
  • Assembling and testing electronic systems integrated with measurement equipment
  • Troubleshooting analog and digital circuits down to the component level
  • Modifying circuit boards using engineering schematics and technical drawings
  • Soldering components and working with PCB assemblies
  • Applying coatings, potting compounds, and other protective materials as required

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in electronics, manufacturing, or production environments
  • Experience working with test equipment, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to read schematics and follow technical documentation
  • Exposure to soldering, PCB work, or electronic assembly
  • Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent experience preferred
  • IPC certification (or similar) is a plus
