    Job Summary

    DirectPath Recruiting Services is partnering with arapidly growing electronics manufacturerto identify an experiencedElectronics Test & Debug Technicianfor their Engineering Services Lab. This role is responsible for performingtest, debug, troubleshooting, and verificationof complex electronic assemblies using a wide range of programming and diagnostic equipment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience interpretingschematics, engineering documentation, AS9100 requirements, and accurately documenting all test and debug activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Performtest, debug, troubleshooting, and validationof electronic assemblies in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements.

    • Read and interpretschematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and technical documentationto identify and isolate failures.

    • Operate a variety ofprogramming tools, diagnostic instruments, and test equipment.

    • Conduct detailedmicroscope inspectionsto ensure assemblies meet strict quality and aerospace/defense standards.

    • Clean and prepare electronic components usingmanual and automated cleaning systems.

    • Document alltest results, failures, defects, and corrective actionswith precision and accuracy.

    • Follow all procedures within theQuality Management System, including AS9100 program requirements.

    • Maintaintechnical certifications, including eligibility for J-STD-001 with Space Addendum.

    • Ensure aclean, safe, and organizedwork area at all times.

    • Support engineering and production teams with additional tasks as needed.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Strong knowledge ofelectronic components, polarity, and circuit functionality.

    • Ability to read and interpretcustomer drawings, schematics, and technical requirements.

    • Hands-on experience usingtest and measurement equipment(oscilloscopes, DMMs, programming stations).

    • Basic mechanical assembly skills and ability to performprecision, repetitive tasks.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to workindependentlywith minimal supervision.

    • Ability to maintain effective working relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

    • Ability to lift35 lbsand safely handle lab/test equipment.

    • Eligible forJ-STD-001 certification (Space Addendum).

    Education & Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalentrequired.

    • Training aligned withAS9100 Quality Program standards.

    • 5+ years of hands-on electronics test/debug experiencein a manufacturing, aerospace, or engineering lab environment.

    • U.S. Citizenship required(due to customer and regulatory requirements).

    • Must pass abackground check and drug screening.

    • Ability to work a4/10 schedule, Monday–Thursday.
